Silenda Flash cannot be exchanged or returned, as it is a device capable of destroying itself.
Each device is physically checked by personnel before the order is shipped, making it impossible for the customer to receive a non-working device.
The device is delivered to the recipient charged. Check the software version on first use.
If you need a software update, you can always download the latest version from the site.
Be careful when you receive the Silenda Flash when you triple click on the destroy button, the device will be disabled and it will be impossible to restore it.
